I'm sure you'll like my training plans, so I'm giving you one of them for free.
4-week plan for beginners, assumes that you will train 3 times a week.
Each training session is a Full body workout, which means you will always work in every movement pattern. Each training includes some form of upper body push, upper body pull, squat and hip hinge, and something for the core plus some running, rowing and cycling.
